All elements comprising Synka (app, website, brand, logo, visual identity, text, illustrations, algorithms, source code, database, etc.) are protected by intellectual property rights and remain the exclusive property of Synka.
Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication, or adaptation, in whole or in part, without prior written authorization, is prohibited and constitutes infringement punishable under articles L.335-2 et seq. of the French Intellectual Property Code.
The "Synka" trademark will be registered with the INPI (French National Institute of Industrial Property) during the incorporation phase.

The Synka mobile app does not use cookies. The associated website (synka.fit) may use technical cookies necessary for its operation. No advertising or third-party behavioral analytics cookies are currently used.
6. Limitation of liability
Synka is a sports coaching tool and is not a medical device. The recommendations provided by the app (training plans, AI virtual coach, performance analysis) do not replace the advice of a qualified healthcare professional.
Before starting a training program, consult your doctor, especially in case of:
- Medical history or health problems
- Pregnancy or breastfeeding
- Returning to sport after a long break
- Menstrual cycle disorders
Synka accepts no liability for the consequences of inappropriate use of its recommendations.
